Returns & Exchanges

At ARQ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel must remain sealed to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original ARQ packaging and include the printed return slip provided by the portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
